    Food & Beverage - Open Interviews every Thursday

    Times: 1pm-3:30pm and 4:30pm-7pm

    We will be holding interviews for the following positions:

    • Food Servers - Starting at $8.45 per hour plus tips.
    • Bartenders - Starting at $8.45 an hour plus tips.
    • Host/Cashiers - Starting at $14.00 an hour plus tips.
    • Line Cooks - Starting at $16.50 an hour PLUS $1,500 Sign On Bonus for Full Time.
    • Dishwashers/Kitchen Stewards - Starting at $14.50 PLUS $1,500 Sign On Bonus fo Full Time.
    • Banquet Servers - Starting at $8.45 an hour plus tips.
    • Banquet Houseperson -Starting at $14.00 an hour plus tips.
    • Salaried leadership positions also available with competitive compensation packages.
    • Many other positons available.

    We will be hiring for the following location

    • 210 Racetrack Road, Washington, PA 15301

    Requirements

    • Must be 18 or older. All job offers will be dependent on passing a Background check. Some positions require a Pennsylvania Gaming License.

    How to prepare

    Completing an application prior to the event is strongly encouraged and will speed up the process. Please bring a photo ID with you. Resume is optional, but preferred.

    What to wear

    Dress code is Casual (come as you are, but please be presentable).

    How to get to the event

    Please park the South garage on the 4th floor. Upon entering the Casino, you will see esclators to your right, take them to the Racetrack/Bowling area. Keep walking until you see two glass doors (Executive office) and press the doorbell to let someone know you are here. Please do not bring children or non-service related animals to this Hiring Event.

    All positions include the following responsibilities:

    • Responsible for fostering a fun environment
    • Enthusiastically support, actively promote, and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs
    • Provide fast, friendly, professional service to casino guests
    • Serve as an ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions
    • Provide personalized service and uses guest name
    • Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events
    • Be respectful to all co-workers
    • Perform duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff
    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
    • Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations.
    • Meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements
    • Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position's job description, where, in the Company's judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.
    • Read, write legibly, understand and speak English
    • Excellent customer service/communication skills
    • Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
    • Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.
    • Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
    • Able to work in constricting areas
    • Able to tolerate noise, bright lights
    • Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment
    • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
    • Must be able to pass a Background check upon hire.
    • Some positions require a Gaming License and/or Driver's License. Must be able to obtain and maintain if required for position.
