Registered Nurse for Summer Camp - Pennsburg, United States - Camp Sequoia

Description

This is a residential position that works with our medical director and fellow nurses to support the needs of our campers during the summer.

Key duties include passing pre-packaged meds, basic health screenings and common sense first aid and social-emotional support similar to what one might expect in a school nursing role.

Campuswide we have roughly one medical professional for every 30 kids. Our medical team works well

Must hold, or be eligible for multi-state compact (PA) licensure as either an LPN or RN by the time campers arrive (6/24/24).

Recent grads will be considered subject to the approval of our medical director. Experience working with kids is a plus, as is attention to detail and a kind and patient soul.
