Spherion is looking for a BILINGUAL Jr. Property Manager for our Commercial Real Estate Client located in Asbury Park, NJ.
This is an office role.

Responsibilities:
Selling Properties
Renew Leases
Provide Customer Service

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Real Estate Knowledge

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Prior experience in Property Management is a MUST (2-3 yrs)
Knowledge of Appfolio is preferred.
Knowledge of Google Suite and Drop Box is preferred.
