We're on the lookout for a creative individual who loves storytelling through photography, videography, and editing. We need a versatile content creator to produce top-notch photos and videos for our real estate listings and various social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Our Sachs Realty YouTube channel has achieved significant milestones, boasting over 130,000 subscribers and 24 million views. Additionally, we've recently launched a second YouTube Channel.

As the social media content creator, you'll play a crucial role in our company and channel, disseminating crucial real estate and finance-related insights to our vast audience across social media platforms. Moreover, you'll contribute to crafting a remarkable experience for our clients throughout their home buying/selling journey.

Job Responsibilities:

• Film and edit engaging social media content in various formats,
• Develop posts tailored for diverse social media channels,
• Transform long-form podcasts into digestible clips for social media sharing,
• Enhance podcast audio quality by eliminating unwanted noise,
• Create eye-catching thumbnails and marketing material for YouTube and other platforms,
• Conduct HDR photography, color correction, and editing for property listings,
• Produce and edit captivating property listing videos,
• Utilize drone for photography and videography purposes,
• Generate 3D virtual Matterport tours,
• Effectively manage data and workflow for photo and video projects,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in photography and videography,
• Proficiency in drone photography & videography (drone pilot license required),
• Skilled in using DSLRs, stabilizing gimbals, and lavalier microphones,
• Experience with Lightroom, Photoshop, and Generative AI tools for design and editing tasks,
• Proficient in Final Cut Pro X for editing tasks like color correction, sound balancing, and graphics integration,
• Familiarity with CapCut for online video editing,
• Sound knowledge of SEO best practices for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook,
• Experience in live-streaming activities,
• Willingness to travel as needed,
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required,
• Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback with strong teamwork skills,
• Ready to use personal vehicle for travel across Maryland for property listing projects with mileage reimbursements covered by the company,
