    Description
    General Manager Compensation: Base salary with commission and bonuses.
    Employment Type: We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team at Stretch Zone, a pioneer in practitioner-assisted stretching. With locations nationwide, we are continuously expanding. We are looking for candidates with a background in sales, fitness, and management.

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    - Background in Anatomy Physiology, Exercise Science, Personal Training, or Physical Therapy.
    - Experience in sales, preferably in membership sales.
    - Energetic, forward-thinking, and creative individual with high ethical standards.
    - Knowledge of financial models and budget preparation.
    - Well-organized and self-directed team player.
    - Good educator and mentor.
    - Detail-oriented with a commitment to developing people.
    - Strategic contributor in strategic planning.
    - Effective listening skills to promote team relationships.

    Stretch Zone is the industry leader in practitioner-assisted stretching, offering innovative techniques for health practitioners, massage therapists, trainers, and athletes. Stretch Zone Franklin ranks among the top 300 franchises nationwide, focusing on customer service and community well-being.

    We cater to athletes, individuals seeking improved range of motion, and specialize in post-Physical Therapy care for hip and knee replacements as well as spinal fusions. As we expand to Thompson's Station, we are looking for a skilled General Manager to lead our Franklin location to continued success.

    Hours: You will oversee the entire store and work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with occasional Saturdays for events. Store hours are Monday to Friday 6:30 am to 8 pm, Fridays until 7 pm, and Saturdays from 7 am to 4 pm. We are closed on Sundays.

    Compensation:
    $42,000 to $60,000 per year.
