    We are seeking a seasoned commercial Excess & Surplus insurance professional to join our team. As a key player in our wholesale brokerage, you will be responsible for marketing new and renewal business, analyzing current programs, and overseeing the preparation of submissions.

    Responsibilities

    • Market new and renewal business through designated sales teams.
    • Analyze current programs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Prepare and submit applications and supporting documents to insurance carriers.
    • Foster relationships with carriers to obtain compelling programs.
    • Coordinate administrative workflows to ensure prompt response to service issues.

    Requirements

    • Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance, including coverages, rating, and technical procedures.
    • Energetic and self-motivated individual who can thrive in a team environment and autonomously.
    • Excellent communication and sales skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex data and situations.

    Qualifications

    • 4-year college degree preferred.
    • 1-3 years of relative experience in wholesale brokerage or MGA.
    • P&C license and E&S licenses required.
