    We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role in managing our company's financial records and transactions.

    The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for overseeing all facets of our company's bookkeeping operations, from maintaining our financial records, processing transactions, to managing payroll and preparing tax returns.

    This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, and in driving our financial success.

    Managing all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes including but not limited to: A/P, A/R, payroll, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.

    Managing company ledgers and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all financial data.
    Processing company payroll and ensuring all payroll taxes are paid on time.
    Preparing and filing sales tax returns and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
    Collaborating with the finance team to create forecasts and financial reports.
    Implementing and maintaining financial controls and procedures.
    Assisting in the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts.
    Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data.
    Conducting internal audits on financial activities as necessary.

    A minimum of 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping role with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

    Proven experience with bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities such as client bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, payroll tax returns, and sales tax returns.

    Excellent knowledge of accounting software, spreadsheet programs, and other business-related software systems.
    A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
