About the Role:
We are looking for a mission-oriented teammate who embodies our core values of authenticity, transparency, and trust. As an onsite customer-facing technical expert you will plan deploy and optimize the Dragos Platform within the industrial environment. You will work hands-on at customer facilities such as power plants manufacturing floors refineries to install tune it to their operational needs and ensure reliable security coverage across ICS OT systems.Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Dragos Sales Solution Architect teams understanding customer use cases success criteria partnering with client teams on network architecture sensor placement integrations deploying new sensors coordinating conducting deployments tuning optimizing the Dragos platform meeting defined customer objectives monitoring ensuring continuous platform availability continuously tuning optimizing it coordinating upgrades patches configuration changes providing knowledge transfer training enabling key stakeholders documenting processes troubleshooting break fix support managing escalations communicating roadmap upcoming features content conducting new release feature walkthroughs continually soliciting feedback improving opportunity identifying other dragos products services.
