    Description


    Responsible for our manufacturing facility, Natural Formulas product costing and maintenance of the general ledger, preparation of financial statements and other related financial reports.

    Oversees accounting staff that processes the companys accounts payable in an accurate and timely manner.
    Key ResponsibilitiesInclude, but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed to meetbusiness needs.

    Responsible for the preparation and analysis of Natural Formulas (NF) product costing for newly developed products as well as product revisions.

    Review product costs and selling prices annually.
    Issue and publish annual Price Lists to NeoLife Sales Companies.
    Maintain price list files and related databases.
    Supervise the accounts payable staff and review their work.
    Evaluate employee performance related to above.
    Facilitate employee growth and training.
    Review of General LedgerSubmit timely monthly and quarterly financial package of results of operations.
    Perform special projects as required.

    Accurate analysis of financial performance, preparation of financial reports, and timely presentation to management and stakeholders.
    Implementation and adherence to financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and internal controls.
    Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve problems, trends, or opportunities for process improvements.
    Experience Minimum of five (5) years accounting and/or finance experienceBachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or Business.
    Experience of working in a fast-paced working environmentPrevious experience with manufacturing and cost accounting is a plus.
    CPA license is a plus.

    Compensation and Benefits The salary for the Accountant position ranges from $75,000 to $84,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
