Validate Requirements by gathering client requirements and ensuring they are aligned to the client's business goals and our product roadmap.
Document Requirements by writing up a detailed specification document.Translate the client's task into technical build requirements for the development team.
Story mapping by describing how the feature will be used by the client and the benefits of it.
Manage build by ensuring the product being created is fit for purpose and the functionality delivered is aligned with the client's task.
