Experience is not necessary but our current employees have had success working previously in other fast-paced environments such as Taco Bell, Sheetz, Panda Express, Tractor Supply, Hobby Lobby, Giant Eagle, and Rutter's

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Smile and go above and beyond for guests
Work quickly while smiling and having fun to help Chick-fil-A Altoona meet its store goals
Possess a heart for service by using exceptional hospitality skills to delight guests and employees
Prepare and deliver an exceptional quality product in a fast and accurate manner to make guests smile
Follow the Golden Rule: Treat others as you would like to be treated and show up daily with a positive attitude
Complete customer transactions in a friendly and accurate manner while serving them directly or working at a particular station
Focus on food safety and cleanliness at all times to help us provide safe service to our guests
Keep work stations and the store clean and organized
Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
Work on their feet for several hours at a time
Communicate professionally with guests and Team Members
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Work quickly and accurately to serve guests in an efficient manner
Show up with a positive, engrossed attitude and a willingness to work hard while having fun with teammates
Other duties as assigned
