Our mission is to bring families and communities together through food that is delicious, convenient, and trustworthy.At Synear Foods USA we oversee quality assurance/quality control departments reporting Director Operations Collaborate USDA FDA other government agencies ensure practices complied Actively keep self updated laws regulations Develop internal processes procedures including good manufacturing practice GMP systems hazard analysis critical control points HACCP standard operating procedures SOPs production controlled risk Create well-rounded QA test strategies tools monitor food quality constantly validate effectiveness improve techniques processes meet current operational needs if needed Perform internal external quality audits entire supply chain i.e routine audits vendor audits ensure all processes ingredients final products met standards Prepare party audits QA documents required customers Costco SQF foreign countries etc Develop update sanitation standard operating procedures SSOPs manage staff Properly laboratory appliances prepare quality documentation reports management review maintain confidentiality items Support cross functional teams i.e product development production maintenance teams Work closely R D develop critical control points corresponding standards Production maintenance teams decide feasibility schedule machineries Oversee different laboratory tests swabbing integrated pest management programs alignment USDA FSIS compliance guidelines Conduct research export rules regulations keep them up date Act backup Warehouse export approval shipment Keep self updated any rules regulations related labeling exporting weights measurement Educate production team established processes procedures create safe free hazardous work environment Overseer hiring training coaching disciplinary actions department staff contract staff Perform duties assigned
