Desktop / Helpdesk TechnicianNYC NY - ONSITE A MUST
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in IT Technical Support in an enterprise environment.
- Minimum 1 year experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating system
- Minimum 1 year experience supporting mobile devices running Android or Apple iOS operating systems.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Android and iOS devices.
- Experience using ticketing systems for task assignment and resolution
Education and Skills:
- associate's degree in computer science, cybersecurity engineering, information systems or related discipline.
- Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Android and Apple iOS operating systems
- Experience installing operating system and security software on multiple computers, smartphones and other equipment.
- Understand and follow broad and complex instructions in verbal and written form.
- Comprehend technical language and to confer, analyze and communicate in an objective, lucid manner.
- Work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to needed changes.
Preferred certifications:
A+ from CompTIA
