- Inspect projects before, during, and after construction to ensure compliance with all safety and quality specifications.
- Monitor non- compliance with safety plans at the job site in order to ensure an injury free work place
- Inspect material at the job site
- Present to their supervisor any legal matters that are related to quality of work
- Supervise the job site
- Ensure cleanliness
- Communicate with customers and provide exemplary customer service
- Review paperwork for accuracy
- Review crew notes for accuracy
- Stop work if necessary to resolve matters that affect safety and/or quality
- Provide daily Quality Control (QC) reports that reinforce activities that are being constructed and sign off to ensure that the install was completed per manufacturer specifications.
- Create, update and maintain logs of issues in the field such as material overage or shortages to ensure accurate ordering.
- Check project once completed, take photos at the job site and provide customer service.
- Address customer concerns and collect payments
- Travel to other regional markets as needed, less than 5% of the time
- Additional duties as assignedRequirementsProfessional Experiences & Qualifications
- Previous OSHA training encourage, all employees will maintain OSHA certifications
- Past experience in construction industry with field work highly desired
- Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to do small repairs
- Comfortable with the use of technology
- Bilingual in Spanish and English highly desiredBenefits Annual Cell Phone Annual Auto Allowance Salary Range - $40,000 - $50,000 Up to 10% of salary paid bi-annually * upon meeting all company and individual KPIs Eligible for fuel reimbursement
