    Responsibilities:
    Work directly with multiple leaders to support their day-to-day business needs
    Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables - drafting correspondence, and following up on initiatives
    Arrange travel (domestic and international) and submit expenses
    Involved in a variety of projects spanning all parts of Talkdesk including internal initiatives, new market explorations, customer, prospect and partner relationships
    Provide a bridge for smooth communication between executives across Talkdesk, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration across the organization
    Organize internal and external meetings including team meetings, off-site meetings and customer meetings.
    Ability to manage meeting logistics such as development of agendas, planning for food & beverage and management of budgets
    Track and manage completion of key deliverables or outstanding items from meetings
    Collaborate with other Talkdesk teams focused on Sales and Partnerships, FPA and Investor Relations, and Business Development



    Requirements:

    5+ years of Executive Operations experience within a hyper-growth organization
    Bachelor's degree
    Experience with IPO readiness and roadshow travel, preparation and confidentiality is a huge plus
    Ability to effectively manage multiple, complex calendars and timezones simultaneously
    Be comfortable working as a part of a very fast paced team with a high sense of discretion and urgency
    Tech savvy including experience working with Google applications
    Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule
    Self-starter who is organized and detail-oriented
    Excellent interpersonal skills
    Team player - always willing to jump in when needed
    Strong travel and logistical skills
    Experience with Coupa and expenses strongly preferred
    Ability to prioritize and appropriately schedule assignments or tasks to meet established deadlines

    Work Environment and Physical

    Requirements:

    Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.)
