- As a member of the Finance, Risk, and Compliance (FRC) group at Capco you will play a role delivering projects, ranging from short-term strategic assessments to large-scale change initiatives, for leading clients across financial services—including investment banking, retail banking, wealth/asset management, and insurance clients.
- Capco FRC is a global team that prides itself on our industry-leading expertise from strategy through execution within the risk advisory space.
- As a Principal Consultant – Non-Financial Risk, you will work alongside industry experts as part of FRC in a fast-paced team setting.
- 7+ years of non-financial risk experience within financial services
- 2+ years of experience working for a management consulting firm required
- Expertise within one or more of the following areas: operational risk, third-party risk management, operational resilience, IT risk, information risk, controls management, and/or RCSA planning and execution
- Experience in any of the following areas is nice to have: risk appetite, control identification, operational resiliency, privacy, risk framework
