    Job DescriptionShipping Clerk
    1st Shift - M-F, 7AM to 3:30PM
    Pay: up to $15.50 per hour
    Long-Term Temporary

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1. Create support tickets for customers and communicate with them directly.
    2. Generate customer orders for various clients.
    3. Ability to lift more than 30lbs.
    4. Ensure shipments are audited prior to carrier pick up.
    5. Receive product in, and store in designated area.
    6. Manually pick product and set up delivery pick up.
    7. Perform transactions in the computer system (SAP) such as inventory transactions and final completions of work orders.
    8. Responsible for completing the daily backlog schedules as instructed by warehouse lead and/or the supervisor.
    9. Report safety issues to management and follow safety procedures.
    10. Follow documentation and quality procedures and report discrepancies to Management.
    QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
    1. Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends, if needed
    2. Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
    3. A high school qualification or equivalent is preferred.
    4. 1 year shipping experience required.
    5. Working knowledge in Microsoft Office
    6. Strong organizational skills
    7. Attention to detail.
