- Receiving and managing initial client communications, such as phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence.
- Gathering and organizing client information, including relevant documents and case details.
- Conducting initial assessments of client needs and determining eligibility for our legal services.
- Scheduling consultations and appointments with attorneys.
- Ensuring a smooth intake process, including the timely and accurate entry of client information into our case management system.
- Following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Coordinating with attorneys and other staff members to address client needs promptly and efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client communications and case information.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal intake or related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Experience with case management software is preferred.

As a Legal Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for managing initial client communications, gathering, and organizing client information, and ensuring a smooth intake process.
