The University of Florida's Office of Academic Support (OAS) is seeking highly motivated individuals as part-time OPS Academic Success Coaches to provide individualized academic coaching and support students through academic planning, goal setting, navigating challenges or barriers that may hinder their progress toward graduation.Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and small-group coaching using a case management approach
- Coordinate academic support services and programs including academic interventions workshops advising monitor track student academic progress maintain accurate documentation update data using relevant software build rapport with students to create welcoming inclusive supportive environment promote engagement serve resource OAS-affiliated undergraduate scholars connect them appropriate referrals maintain consistent communication follow-up with students promote OAS programs services undergraduate students UF assist creation Academic Enrichment Workshops AEWs support training leadership development OAS student leaders perform additional duties assigned advance OAS programs initiatives
