Job summary
The Sonographer, Level II, is accomplished in two or more of the following applications: General (abdominal, OB-GYN, small parts, nuerosonology and breast) and Vascular Technology (carotid, venous and arterial), and presents the findings to the interpreting radiologist on the level appropriate with the ARDMS level II Sonographer.Preforms Ultrasound examinations in different specialties,
OB Ultrasound (First and 2nd Trimester OB)
Vascular Ultrasound (Abdominal Vasculature,
Analyzes patient's general body configuration to analyze the most acceptable examination approach
Assists with introduction or placement of intra cavity devices,
- Provides portable examinations at bedside as requested by attending physicians
