Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patientsPrepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summariesEstablish a plan of care in accordance with patients' needs and capabilitiesQualifications:Valid State Occupational Therapy Assistant License and CredentialsSNF and/or Acute care experienceCovid Vaccine required in certain locationsCornerstone Rehab delivers innovative rehab management solutions to skilled nursing facilities in the United States.
