The Assistant Camp Director supports the Camp Director in managing the day-to-day operations of camp and ensuring the successful delivery of program activities and events. This role provides leadership across all aspects of camp operations and steps in as Acting Camp Director when needed.Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing for the summer season by planning and developing camp programming.
- Coordinate field trip schedules to ensure safe, well-organized experiences for campers.
