    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and control production performance as measured against operating targets developed according to machine capabilities, manpower capabilities and projected business
    • Assign crews to daily jobs based on work priorities established schedulesReview machine schedules order requirements operating complications special instructions with preceding relief Production Supervisors Responsible for overall shift performance accordance established key performance indicators KPIs include safety environmental quality production efficiencySafety #1 Company Value Serve role model lead safety systems processes support continuous improvement goals Evaluate availability condition raw stock line current production requirements making appropriate adjustments required Assure product quality production efficiencies meet exceed standardsFoster teamwork lead change demonstrate integrity
