We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team You will work under the direction of the Consumer Care Manager and be responsible for handling a broad range of methods of contact.

    You are equally adept at accurately documenting consumer issues while providing outstanding service. A strong customer service mentality and the ability to readily and positively adapt to change and innovation are required. We will train you on our products and systems.


    A day in the life of a Pulse Representative

    • Ability to effectively communicate with collectors via telephone, email, and online chat
    • Understand the collector community/passion and provide best resolution for fan collectors; ability to de-escalate, take ownership and provide outstanding service with every interaction.
    • Ability to effectively manage multi support systems
    • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products and processes.
    • Identify and accurately call out potential trends and consumer concerns.
    • Understanding knowledge of collector brands- Transformers, Star Wars, Marvel, etc.
    • SAP knowledge a plus

    • Ability to accurately assess the entire situation to make an informed decision
    • Minimum of 3-years in a contact center environment preferred
    • Associates degree preferred or a combination of some college and equivalent work experience.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
    • Bi-lingual/multi-lingual in French Canadian or Spanish a plus
