Job Summary
The Senior Voucher Analyst (SVA) plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of voucher and special claims processing for all subsidy-related programs.This position ensures compliance with HUD Section 8 regulations, PHFA's Annual Contributions Contract (ACC), and internal agency policies.
The SVA provides leadership, technical guidance, and quality assurance to ensure timely and accurate processing of housing assistance payments.
