    Job title: trauma surgeon

    Description

    We are seeking a skilled Trauma Surgeon/Surgical Critical Care Physician to join our team in Midland, Michigan.

    Our Level 2 Trauma Center is designated by the America College of Surgeons and the State of Michigan.

    • Responsibilities include full scope surgical critical care, with a call schedule of 1:5.

    Certifications and Licensures:

    • Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Surgery or equivalent board recognized by the American Board of Surgery, within five years from residency completion.
    • Active State of Michigan License or eligibility to apply.
    • AHA ACLS certification.

    Required Education:

    • Successful completion of an ACGME-approved residency program.
    • Fellowship training in Surgical Critical Care.

    Additional Information:

    • Our trauma program is supported by several surgical subspecialties, including cardiothoracic, colorectal, endocrine, neurosurgery, orthopedics, thoracic, urology, and vascular surgery.
    • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of our credentialing process.
