    Job Description


    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for a fast-paced MS/Tele-ER border position. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in a high-volume setting, which includes emergency, medical/surgical, telemetry, and intermediate care.

    Responsibilities

    • Care for a diverse patient population with complex admission diagnoses.
    • Float between emergency department and medical/surgical units as needed.
    • Monitor patients and manage various medical conditions, including cardiac and neurological issues.
    • Perform emergency interventions and provide post-surgical care.
    • Administer medications and manage IV therapies as per protocols.

    Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

    • Current Maryland (MD) or Compact RN license.
    • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
    • Certification in BLS, ACLS, and CPI is mandatory.
    • Must have experience with a patient ratio of 1:6.
    • Previous charge nurse experience is preferred.
    • Travel experience is required.
