Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to be the organizational backbone of our office.Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact (phone, email, in-person), manage communication flow, and maintain organized, confidential physical and digital client files.
- Process client deposits and assist with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks using QuickBooks.
- Cordinate staff schedules, monitor project progress, and support drafting personnel with workflow management.
