- Laser, you will be responsible for managing and leading multiple facets of production and operations of laser equipment and processes, including laser cutting, welding, marking, and surface treatment.
- Seeks to understand other facets of Manufacturing including Project Management, Quality, Design, Sales, Accounting, etc.
- Drives and/or supports all aspects of production and operations related to laser equipment and processes including laser cutting, welding, marking, and surface treatment.
- Collaborates with Manufacturing Manager & HR on recruitment and hiring of laser production personnel.
- Works with all key members of the laser team to develop relationships and to establish disciplined, high quality job shop operations based on the core values and high customer service.
- SolidWorks, AutoCAD (DraftSight), Cagila (2D & 3D), Laser Welding and Laser Marking software.
- Experience in Medical Component and Sub-Assembly Manufacturing and Medical PPAP procedures is highly preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of Laser Processing including Laser Cutting, Welding, and Marking is highly preferred.
