Wendy's Shift Manager - Highly Skilled

- You handle any customer situation like a pro and aspire to become a boss someday.
- You ensure that the team understands and follows Wendy's standards and procedures.
- You prioritize food safety standards and procedures to guarantee top-notch quality.
What you bring to the table:
- Minimum of one year of restaurant work experience.
- High school diploma or GED (additional education or military experience is a plus).
- Proven leadership skills in managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, customer service, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent at giving and receiving direction.
- Flexible availability to work varying shifts.
You must be willing and able to:
- Travel to different Wendy's locations as required.
- Stay active and on your feet for most of your shift.
- Occasionally lift up to 25-50 lbs.
- Handle various weather conditions while performing duties.
- Operate restaurant equipment and adhere to brand standards.
