- Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop, update, and maintain project schedules. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Cost Management: Monitor and analyze project costs, identifying variances and working with the team to address them. Prepare and update the cost forecasts.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and work with project teams to develop mitigation plans. Monitor the implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders. Document and maintain records of project activities.
- Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure timely and clear communication regarding project status, risks, and changes.

- Five (5) years of experience in project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field desired.
- Advanced knowledge of Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required. Working knowledge of SharePoint, Viewpoint, and Procore is preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, materials, means, & methods, etc.).
- Proficient in project management software, preferably Primavera.
- Experience managing large Commercial, Institutional, and/or Federal projects is preferred.
