- Develop and execute strategies to grow Airfinity's business with pharma in the United States
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts throughout pharmaceutical companies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with pharma clients, including contract opportunities and partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for pharma clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and policies that impact pharma clients
- Represent Airfinity at industry conferences, events, and meetings with government clients
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales roles with pharma clients in the United States
- Proven track record of successfully growing revenue and building relationships within the pharmaceutical sector
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to all levels of stakeholders
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with client needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare
- Knowledge of data and analytics solutions is preferred
