The Case Manager is responsible for the coordination and provision of service delivery to meet the needs of the individuals served by the agency with regard to their abilities and personal choices.<+Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in a human services field is required. +
- At least one year of experience involving service to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities required for Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) credentials.
