    Celigo is looking for a Manager, Sales Compensation

    who will be responsible for developing and executing sales compensation plans across Celigo's global sales team.


    Responsibilities:
    Lead the analysis, design, execution, and communication of Celigo's global sales incentive compensation plans in alignment with our sales strategy and annual objectives

    Manage the day-to-day operation of global incentive compensation programs.

    Partner with, and provide input and guidance to, sales leadership, HR, and payroll to ensure understanding and execution of company compensation frameworks and plans.

    Continuously monitor and evolve the compensation plan in concert with the evolution of Celigo's offering and go-to-market strategies.


    Oversee the selection and implementation of a sales compensation tool, ensuring it aligns with company objectives and integrates seamlessly with existing systems.


    Update and maintain monthly/quarterly reporting for leadership - including payout by individual contributors and manager, variance to budget, and various analytics.

    Ensure compliance with existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation across all geographies.

    Qualifications

    5+ years of experience in sales and partner compensation, plan design, and sales operation; preferably in start-up and/or high-growth B2B SaaS organizations

    Excellent analytics and data presentation skills

    Exceptional attention to detail; ensuring numbers/metrics are accurate and are reviewed/delivered on time to key stakeholders

    Excellent interpersonal skills with the willingness to engage with sales executives and sales management

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or other relevant fields

    Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $120,000 per year to $145,000 for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
