    We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Demand Planner to join our client's team. The Demand Planner will be responsible for analyzing demand and inventory data, identifying trends, and generating forecasts to support effective inventory management and meet customer demand. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience with demand planning software, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Reports metrics related to demand and inventory planning on a daily basis.
    2. Conduct root cause analysis for customer-specific variances to the current forecast plan.
    3. Track new customers and SKUs, ensuring their inclusion in demand planning software.
    4. Perform data cleansing activities for planning tools, including chaining and removal of forecast elements.
    5. Conduct what-if analyses, simulations, and scenarios to assist in the forecasting process.
    6. Prepare division operational demand reports using established forms and conduct ad-hoc customer analysis.
    7. Generate statistical safety stock levels and necessary overrides for raw materials and finished goods.
    8. Maintain proper inputs, such as locations and variability adjustments, for the Oracle Inventory Optimization software package.
    9. Coordinate closely with sourcing, tactical, and long-term supply planning teams to ensure understanding of safety stock assumptions and strategies throughout the planning functions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
    • Proven experience in demand planning or related analytical roles.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Knowledge of supply chain principles and inventory management best practices.
    • Experience in statistical analysis and forecasting techniques is a plus.

    Hyrbid: 3 days onsite in Broomfield, CO (Tues, Wed, Thurs)

    Rate $40.00-$70.00 based on experience
