We're currently searching for an experienced IT business analyst to help guide our organization to the future.From researching progressive systems solutions to evaluating their impacts, the ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, expert communicator and top-notch analyst.
This person should also be wholly committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape.
As the IT Business Analyst you will partner with stakeholders across business units (ex:sales, finance, security, compliance) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams, evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties, and author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
In addition to conducting daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems, develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations and help coordinate analysis efforts with IT Management and Project Managers.
The ideal candidate should have experience and interest in riving awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data, serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels and create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels.
This role local to Irving, TX with some work from home flexibility. No sponsorship or ability to work C2C available at this time. Required Skills & ExperienceFive or more years of experience in analytics and systems development
High proficiency with SQL and database management
Proven analytical abilities
Experience in generating process documentation and reports
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience writing succinct project requirements
Experience creating business process workflow diagrams (Visio, DrawIO)
Experience with development issue tracking systems (JIRA, DevOps, SalesForce)
Experience with documentation repositories (Confluence, SharePoint, Project WIKI's/ VIPER)
Experience with Agile and SCRUM or Kanban frameworks
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio
Proven ability to manage projects and user testing
Extensive experience with data visualization
High proficiency in technical writing
