Lakeshore Sport and Fitness is looking for Childcare Team Members to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe, fun, and caring environment for all kids.
• Stay engaged in play and an active participant in the space.
• Be creative and thoughtful in planning activities for all age groups.
• Help foster a welcoming environment for all children.
• Communicate well to parents and caregivers to offer the best experience for all members and kids.
• Change diapers, record naps, and help with bathroom breaks.
• Clean toys between drop offs.

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior experience with children required.
• Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report.
