    Commercial/Ag Loan Officer

    Join a thriving community bank where customer service and community involvement are valued. We're seeking a sales-oriented commercial lender with 5+ years of commercial lending experience to help service the growing loan portfolio at our Carrollton location.
    • Originate, underwrite, and close all types of loans: primarily secured and unsecured commercial, industrial and commercial real estate loans.
    • Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers
    • Focus on business development
    ABILITIES REQUIRED:
    • A bachelor's degree plus at least 5 years of commercial lending experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
    • Able to understand customers' needs and to communicate well with them
    • Able to analyze financial data and use good judgment in making recommendations
    • Detail-oriented and able to work independently
    • Able to quickly learn and master our loan policies, programs, and procedures
    • Sales-oriented and skilled at business development
    • Above-average math skills; basic PC skills
