- Originate, underwrite, and close all types of loans: primarily secured and unsecured commercial, industrial and commercial real estate loans.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers
- Focus on business development
- A bachelor's degree plus at least 5 years of commercial lending experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Able to understand customers' needs and to communicate well with them
- Able to analyze financial data and use good judgment in making recommendations
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Able to quickly learn and master our loan policies, programs, and procedures
- Sales-oriented and skilled at business development
- Above-average math skills; basic PC skills
