The Columbia Lighthouse Project at the Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc and Columbia University Department of Psychiatry is seeking a full-time Project Administrator to support all activities connected to the Project's mission of implementing broad scale public health initiatives across the globe,

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling Manage the Executive Directors calendar.
  • Data Management Perform data entry and oversee the management of the organizations various contact and project management tools.
  • Project Support Serve as a liaison between the Executive Director and various stakeholders by anticipating, interpreting, prioritizing tasks and coordinating their completion in line with the Projects goals and vision.
