    Business Development Manager

    The ideal candidate will lead the growth of company operations by targeting new market segments, including insurance businesses and high-rise/condo facility management. They will oversee sales and customer relations efforts while maintaining technical knowledge of the maintenance and construction industries.

    Skill Requirements:

    • Leadership and supervision experience
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Sales and customer relations expertise
    • Technical knowledge of maintenance and construction
    • Estimating and negotiation skills
    • Project and quality management abilities
    • Experience with managing budgets and profitability
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

    Education and Experience:

    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry
    • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience
    • A minimum of 5 years of customer service experience
    • A Bachelor's or Associate's degree (or equivalent experience)
