    Job Description

    Job DescriptionRegal Staffing Services now hiring a Lab Technician located in the Midlothian, TX area. If you would like to apply or have any questions, please call and ask for either Alexis or Juana.Shifts/Pay Rate: Monday - Friday (5am to 3:30pm): $19.00/hour Responsibilities:
    • Prepare food samples under the guidance of the Food Scientist and Supervisor.
    • Collect and receive raw material samples used in production, coordinating with the Food Lab.
    • Conduct testing of raw materials and coordinate additional lab testing when necessary.
    • Perform occasional testing on finished food products.
    • Assist in documentation, archiving, and management of reference materials and retainer samples.
    • Support vendor qualifications processing.
    • Maintain equipment logs, clean and manage glassware, and ensure a clean and organized lab.
    • Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices and current Good Manufacturing Practices.
    • Assist in various areas of the R&D Department as needed.
    Requirements:
    • Must have experience in using a laboratory balance and pH meter.
    • Must have knowledge with preparing different concentrations solutions and powders
    • Must be detail oriented
    • Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret scientific literature and analytical SOP's
    • Must be able to write laboratory reports and present information
    • Must be able to work with algebraic and statistical
    • Stable work history
    • Meet all requirements from the listed above
    • Pass background check and drug screen
