Senior Platform Administrator – ServiceNow SPM, Jira, and Confluence - Bethlehem, PA

Job summary
As a Senior Platform Administrator you will be responsible for administering configuring customizing and supporting ServiceNow SPM Atlassian Products Jira Confluence based on user business requirements while focusing on technical implementation aligned to enterprise standards governance best practices In this role you will work closely with Enterprise Portfolio Finance Coaching COE other TechnologyPlatform teams to deliver solutions that align with organization needs Key responsibilities include platform administration maintenance configuration integration governance roadmap stakeholder engagement training support collaboration migration reporting Key qualifications include hands-on experience in ServiceNow development engineering emphasis on Strategic Portfolio Management module Jira Confluence administration Data Center including configuration customization excellent soft skills such as executive communication adaptability problem solving teamwork relationship building dependability organization proficiency in JQL scripting automation within Jira experience integrating Jira DevOps tools GitHub Jenkins etc strong troubleshooting skills ability to collaborate cross-functional teams communicate technical concepts effectively Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform Atlassian Cloud-specific user management permission schemes security best practices Experience managing UnixLinux servers shell scripting performance tuning troubleshooting Experience working with AWS services EC2 RDSAurora PostgreSQL Elastic Load Balancer EFS VPC networking CloudWatch monitoring Axway MFTs DBAs DevOps teams Desired qualifications include bachelor degree preferably Computer Science Information Systems Management Engineering similar discipline at least one year experience migrating from JiraConfluence Data Centre to Atlassian Cloud relevant certifications such as Atlassian Certified SpecialistServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
