- Design, implement, and facilitate training programs for commercial insurance professionals.
- Provide on-site training sessions across various locations, requiring travel around Texas and Illinois.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making continuous improvements.
- Current Property and Casualty License.
- MUST know Applied EPIC, or AMS360
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, or a related field. (preferred not required).
- 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance with a focus on training and development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt training content to diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel extensively (75% of the year) between Texas and Illinois.
