    Adult Psychiatrist Position at Cleveland Clinic

    We are recruiting Board Certified/Eligible Adult Psychiatrists for our outpatient service line expansion, focusing on ambulatory clinics and dynamic internal medicine, family medicine, and neurological practices.

    The primary locations of growth will be in Cleveland Clinic ambulatory clinics situated across regional sites. Expertise in ADD/ADHD, treatment-resistant mood disorders, and advanced therapeutics are highly sought after qualifications.

    About Our Department

    The Outpatient Psychiatry service line is an integral part of the mission and strategy of the Department of Psychiatry and Psychology, which resides within the Neurological Institute.

    The department comprises 43 psychiatrists, 20 psychologists, 39 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and 18 Licensed Independent Social Workers (LISWs), collectively seeing 88,000 outpatients annually across various Cleveland Clinic Health System locations.

    Additionally, we have 200 inpatient psychiatric beds, a growing psychiatric treatment-resistant program, advanced therapeutics such as Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT), Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and ketamine, and various mood disorder and chemical dependency intensive outpatient programs.

    Academic Opportunities

    The department has a strong teaching and academic mission, with an Adult Psychiatry Residency Program, a Consultation Liaison Psychiatry Fellowship, and a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship. We are also a training site for the Cleveland City-Wide Addiction Psychiatry Fellowship and a core psychiatry clerkship rotation for both CCLCM and CWRU medical students.
