If you do, Delta Faucet Company has an excellent opportunity for you to join our Indianapolis corporate Customer Service team As a Customer Service Analyst, you will get the opportunity to form relationships with inside and outside customers as well as seek potential problems and look for ways to improve service.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university and should have at least two years of customer service experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic knowledge of Delta Faucet Company's product line, SAP and its manufacturer's representative agency setup is a plus. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft products is preferred. Incumbent should have the ability to balance multiple tasks and make business decisions.
