    Job Description

    American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of recent specialty experience for a day shift assignment.

    Responsibilities
    Position is in a physical therapy department
    Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
    13-week travel contract
    No local travelers accepted within a 50-mile radius
    Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the last 2 years will not be considered
    RTO requests must be less than 1 week
    Returning travelers must meet employment history guidelines

    Requirements
    Minimum 1 year of recent experience in physical therapy required
    Valid physical therapy license required if applicable
    Driver's license required
    No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of employment
    No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
    Candidates must provide US Social Security Number; Canadian SIN not accepted
