Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and supervise projects for private land development.
- Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects.
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor.
- Create and implement construction plans, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Manage project budgets and timelines.
- Ensure adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with CAD Technicians, engineers, landscape architects, and other professionals to ensure project success.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction techniques, and materials.
- Highly Proficient in Civil3D/AutoCAD and other design software.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in civil engineering.
- Experience in designing site development projects.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Experience in using Civil 3D.
- PE License Prefered
