Job summary
The Assistant Restaurant Leader is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of the restaurant and upholding Raising Cane's standards and culture in all areas of restaurant operations.Includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment (which requires extended periods of physical exertion) and interacting with customers. Also includes both inside and outside work in varied temperatures,
working with and around food products common allergens industrial equipment commercial cleaning products that require the use of personal protective equipment ,and physical activities necessary to complete job responsibilities.
Hires terminates all hourly non-management crewmembers Owns onboarding status change payroll process for all hourly crewmembers Creates crewmember work training schedules Manages performance cash handling accountability Acts manager duty opens closes restaurants Utilizes tools forms logs supports shift execution documents results takes corrective action when needed Deploys crewmembers during shifts Provides customer service Authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval Ensures cleanliness facility good working order Completes duties assigned.
