Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to every person who walks through our doors.
Follow up with customers through clienteling and email correspondence.
Help maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting guest contact information and inviting individuals to trial our products.
Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise.
Maintain the visual integrity of the store space.
Create and process in-store sales.
Process and receive inventory replenishments.
Assist with setting up and executing community programs and events.
Record and relay recurring customer feedback and insights to internal teams.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills with a passion for people.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Effective problem-solving with attention to detail.
Possession of Casper's core mission and values.
Positive attitude and willingness to take on tasks.
Self-starter with entrepreneurial disposition.
Ability to work at the forefront of a fast-paced brand.
Understanding of experiential retail.
Proficiency in Mac and Google suite (plus).
Able to work a minimum of 2 days per week with weekend availability.
Physical ability to move boxes weighing up to 150 lbs and stand for long periods.
