    Regional Managing Director at BairesDev

    We seek a seasoned Regional Managing Director to lead our efforts in building lasting relationships with top-tier clients. You will oversee a talented team managing multiple large-scale projects with significant revenue.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Buid long-lasting client relationships driving revenue growth and retention.
    2. Serve as a client champion ensuring exceptional service and partnership while identifying growth opportunities.
    3. Lead and mentor a team of direct reports promoting client retention and guiding them in managing large-scale projects.
    4. Analyze opportunities for client growth using a consultative approach and strong analytical skills.
    5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.

    Requirements:

    1. 9+ years of experience in senior client services with proven executive-level relationship management.
    2. 4+ years of experience leading teams and developing talent.
    3. Strong background in IT or technology services industry.
    4. Extensive client services experience with a consultative mindset and business growth drive.
    5. Advanced level of English.
